I started in January 2011 so I am the newest member of the Wellington team.
I am in my final year as a student at drama school (Toi Whakaari) where I am studying garment construction for film and theatre.
I really enjoy styling the brides attire as a whole. Balancing the gown with accessories (jewellery, veils, shoes, jackets, headpieces) so that it compliments the individual bride.
When you are beginning your search for the gown, there really is nothing quite like trying some on to help you figure out what you are looking for. Wedding gowns can change dramatically when put on different body types, so you really have to see yourself in some to know where to start.
Seeing how happy the right gown can make the entire bridal party. It's a very exciting time.
