How long have you worked at Astra Bridal?

Bruce and I took over the business in 2003, back then it was two stores and five staff.

What is your passion?

Customer service.  We want to be the best so my role is to look at how we do things and how we can continually improve.

What is your area of expertise?

I am a bit of a jack of all trades.  I love to problem solve, but also I am the lucky person that gets to source  the gowns and all the beautiful accessories.

What is your advice to brides?

Work with us - treat us as a resource you can use, it can be a daunting process to begin the search for the perfect gown.  But I can hand on heart say that every single member of staff cares about brides and their weddings.  They all love their jobs (even if not always their boss!)

Tell us about a memorable moment at Astra Bridal

This is a hard one as their have been so many.  I often tear up when I see a bride so in love with her groom and then her gown.  The charity events we have been doing are something I am very proud of.  It takes time and dedication from the team to put these together and they are awesome to see come to life.
