I visited during the week, which meant it was a little quieter, and Joannah gave me so much time, care, and attention. As it was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses, I was naturally a little nervous, especially when it came to the price! But she made me feel completely at ease and made sure I was able to try on everything I wanted, and was super transparent about the cost and everything else involved.

It was also my last time trying on dresses because we found the dream one on the day! Joannah made the whole experience feel so magical, not just for me but for my mum as well. It’s a memory I’ll treasure forever.

Could not fault the experience I had with the team at Astra Bridal Northshore, especially Joannah. Before my appointment, I was dreading dress shopping, but the professionalism and care Joannah showed made me feel so confident in myself and in the decision I made. I ended up choosing the complete opposite type of dress from what I had originally envisioned, but it was such a fun day; even my mum and bridesmaids were stunned at how fun it was.

Being based in Tauranga, the team kept the dress safe until I was able to get back up to collect it. As it was an off the rack gown, Joannah went over the dress thoroughly to ensure there were minimal to no imperfections, which gave me complete confidence in my purchase.

I recently got my wedding dress from Astra Bridal, and the experience was amazing. Khym was my stylist, and she was fantastic at listening to how I felt in each dress and suggesting what to try on next. I actually ended up purchasing one she recommended. My maid of honour booked the VIP experience, and I would 100% recommend it to any bride. It made the whole appointment feel so special and memorable. The staff greeted us warmly, created such a relaxed and supportive environment, and really made me feel seen and heard throughout the entire process.

Even before the appointment, the lead up was amazing. The team takes the time to get to know you, understand your vision, and guide you toward dresses that match your style and personality. Their dresses are beautiful, and the pricing is actually quite decent and affordable compared to what many brides expect. They are also very clear about their terms, payment process, and what to expect, which made the whole experience stress free.
