Three months out from my wedding, I started looking for a dress and ended up purchasing my dream wedding dress from Lisa at Astra Bridal Wellington. I didn’t know it was possible, but Lisa was able to advise and order a custom dress for me—taking the bodice from one style and the skirt from another—which arrived on a rush order just one month after purchasing. It was totally amazing (though I don’t recommend leaving only three months to find a dress!) I really valued Lisa’s opinion and expertise throughout the whole process to find the perfect dress for me, one that, most importantly, I felt comfortable in and that checked all my boxes. I highly recommend Lisa and Astra Bridal, and I can’t thank them enough for all their help!

Astra Bridal was the first bridal shop I visited on my journey to finding my wedding dress. Rochelle was so kind, understanding, and patient with me. She instantly made me feel comfortable and put my worries at ease! This set the bar VERY high for the following bridal shops I visited over the next 6 months. Out of all the bridal shops, Rochelle was the only one who reached out to me a few times to see how I was doing and invited me to try on more dresses each time. This meant a lot to me after my health diagnosis. I had been feeling even less confident and put off searching for a dress. Rochelle gave me the extra boost I needed (without being pushy), and last month I was able to say yes to the dress! Thank you so much for everything, Rochelle! You are a very special woman with a heart of gold.

I had the best time finding my dress at Astra Bridal! I was quite anxious starting out, but Rochelle made the whole experience so fun, and the communication before the appointment was really good. I had my 'wishlist,' and Rochelle was so sweet and helpful, pulling out dresses that she just knew I'd love. I ended up choosing one of hers, and I'm obsessed! I almost wish I hadn't found my perfect dress on the first try so I could do it all again—there were so many gorgeous dresses to try on!

I had the most phenomenal experience with Lara and the Astra Bridal team. After a previous appointment with another boutique, I felt deflated and like I hadn’t been guided or supported in choosing a dress. With Lara, it was the complete opposite experience. She is so knowledgeable, takes the time to understand what you really want, and is honest and caring throughout the whole experience.

Couldn't recommend Astra and the team enough! I had Rochelle, and she was beyond lovely and extremely knowledgeable. She knew what would suit my body and made me feel really comfortable. Bring on the big day!

My sister planned for me to come down to sort my dress, and I’m so glad she did. The staff were incredibly helpful, explained the process amazingly, and made it completely stress free. Sarah was just awesome; we had so many giggles during the process—it felt more like a girls' lunch than a stressful and overwhelming 'must make a decision' situation. The selection of dresses was absolutely amazing, and the store was private and welcoming. Sarah has continued to stay in touch with me, even after the viewing. I loved my dress consultation here! I had the lovely Chanelle, who made me feel so welcome, listened to my likes and dislikes, chose some beautiful gowns for me to try, and made me feel great about myself. She was so easy to deal with, and communication post visit has been great! Even my bridesmaids were super happy with the experience. Although I didn’t find the dress on my first visit, I would definitely recommend Astra Bridal and 100% will revisit to try on more gowns.

I had an amazing time today at Astra Bridal with Sarah. Although I wasn’t the bride-to-be, it was great to be a part of the whole experience. Sarah was fantastic, knowledgeable, and inclusive, and the bride said 'Yes to the dress!' :). Highly recommend.

She created a relaxed and enjoyable experience, picking out amazing dresses based on the style I liked, and I got to say YES to the dress! She truly made the whole experience amazing.

I had the most amazing day today at Astra Bridal Hamilton. I also had my 1 year old daughter with me, and while she was a tad loud, there was no problem with her being there. Khym made me feel like a princess. She understood exactly what I was looking for and my budget, and she found me my dream dress.
