So blown away by the service we received today with the lovely Sarah. This was my first ever appointment, and I was nervous I wouldn’t find anything on the first go. I went in with an open mind and picked out some dresses I thought would be best suited; however, it was one of the “wildcard” dresses Sarah pre-picked for me that ended up being the winner, and I absolutely adore it!

She was so helpful and listened to everything I said I did and didn’t like about the other dresses I had tried, giving honest feedback. She definitely knows her stuff! I felt very comfortable with her and really enjoyed the whole experience. I highly recommend the luxe appointment too.

I can’t speak highly enough of Astra Bridal Northshore, and especially Sarah, the manager. Although I didn’t end up purchasing my dress from Astra (I’m based across the ditch in Australia), Sarah still went completely above and beyond to help me find my dream dress.

She spent time offering advice, sharing options, and even recommending other boutiques and competitors that might have styles closer to what I was looking for. She absolutely didn’t have to show the level of kindness, care, and support that she did, particularly knowing there was no direct benefit or compensation in it for her, but she chose to anyway. That speaks volumes about her character and the values behind Astra Bridal.

If you’re looking for a bridal experience where you feel genuinely supported, listened to, and cared for (rather than just another sale), I would recommend Sarah and Astra Bridal Northshore in a heartbeat.

Lara and the team at Astra Bridal in Albany are amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and truly special. They take the time to get to know you and what you’re after. They also made my mum and sisters feel really welcome too.

They are kind, patient, and helpful. There was never any pressure to choose something I wasn’t comfortable with. Such a great experience, so glad I found my dress here :) I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Ilyese embraced the experience with such intuition, understanding, and skill. She just knew what I was after, even before I fully did myself.

The one dress she picked out became my forever dress, and I will be forever grateful for that magic.

I visited the Astra Bridal North Shore store and was amazed by the staff and service. Sarah was so kind and welcoming, which really put my nerves at ease. Despite my initial reservations about being able to find a dress I loved within such a short timeframe, Sarah helped me find my dream dress, one I never would have even thought to try on. She was kind and genuine throughout the entire process, from trying on endless dresses at the beginning to my final fitting after purchasing my dream dress. Sarah made the entire experience so enjoyable and memorable, and I cannot thank her enough. Astra Bridal is truly awesome, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was incredibly nervous heading into my first wedding dress shopping experience, but Astra Bridal made it such a fun and memorable time.

My stylist, Sarah, was absolutely amazing. She immediately settled my nerves and asked all the right questions to steer us in the right direction. She was so receptive to my feedback, and together we narrowed down exactly what I was looking for. Sarah is knowledgeable, kind, and refreshingly honest. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stylist.

I ended up coming back the very next day to say yes to the dress :)

I LOVED my experience with Ilyese at Astra Bridal Newmarket!! She listened to what I wanted and talked me through her thinking, and nothing else I tried matched up to the first dress she put me in. She communicated so clearly with me and my support people, gave me moments to process my thoughts alone, created such a fun and calm environment, and helped me to clarify my thinking. A process that I expected to be stressful and overwhelming was fun and so much simpler because of Ilyese, and I am so grateful! The environment of the Newmarket store was great, and I loved my time there. I've found my dress and I am so happy! Would recommend to literally anybody!

I had an amazing experience at Astra Bridal Newmarket. Brooke was extremely kind and experienced. She knew what would look good on my body type and even allowed me to come in for retrials when I needed. I would highly recommend them for your wedding dress shopping. The staff are lovely and incredibly helpful.
