I had two appointments with Courtney and she has been so lovely, really patient and a real hype person for me :)) I came in alone to find my dress and she provided great support and advice! I honestly had so much fun that I also brought my partner later on to their opening event to share the experience. I'm currently waiting for my dress to arrive and I received regular emails from Cindy with updates on the timeline and regular check ins. This has been such a fun and lovely experience. I'm really excited to pick up my dress and create a custom veil with them too.

I had the wonderful Kryslin from Astra Bridal Wellington. She was really awesome. Booking an appointment was easy and then coming in, I had the pleasure of going in with my mum and we had the whole store to ourselves, which was even better and pure luck! Kryslin sat us down, explained all the forms, and guided us in what our experience would be like. We then got to picking dresses and it was my first shop, so I was feeling quite overwhelmed and I burst into tears. She let me cry it out and made me feel comfortable getting used to the idea that everything was finally happening. We then got to picking out dresses and I ended up choosing the very first dress Kryslin picked out for me! It was so awesome, highly recommend Astra Bridal <3 Thank you again, Kryslin and team!

I recently got engaged and jumped straight into dress shopping mode - I couldn't have landed in a safer pair of hands than with Astra Bridal (Wellington)! After finding a dress that I absolutely loved online, I booked a consultation with Kryslin. I came in with the intent to only try on one dress and it was great to have Kryslin's support. She helped me identify other dresses that matched my taste (which really helped to compare and contrast with my favourite one), and was enthusiastic and well-informed about the dresses and designers. She talked through the unique characteristics of each dress and how they could be styled. I absolutely fell in love with my dress, and ended up ordering it on the day, and Kryslin was great at setting things in motion, getting my measurements, recommending where to get alterations, and setting up payment options. My fiancé also really enjoyed his mimosa and snacks! Thanks so much to Kryslin and the team at Astra Bridal for making this process so fun and easy! :)

Lisa was very welcoming and helpful. I went in with no preconceived ideas of what I liked and they were able to help me narrow it down and made suggestions that I wouldn't have picked for myself - one of which was the one I ended up buying!

I have had such a wonderful experience at Astra Bridal finding my dream wedding dress. Khym made me feel extremely comfortable and has been so accommodating right from the beginning. From getting a number of dresses ordered into the shop to try on, to helping me get into 14 different gowns during my stylist appointment, Khym made it easy to pick my forever dress and the whole process was really enjoyable and special. Lisa and the team were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and made the whole experience just unforgettable. I was super nervous to try on dresses and they made me feel very comfortable. I was also so amazed at how they provided toys and entertained my toddler whilst I was trying on dresses. That was really helpful!

I had the most amazing experience with Lisa. She listened to exactly what I wanted in a dress and had me try on many options that suited my body shape. She gave me so many helpful tips on what areas of my body I should be showing off more and how we could enhance them. Lisa made me feel beautiful in everything I tried on. I ended up going back a week later to try on my top 2 dresses and chose one of them, which was everything I was wanting in my dress and more. I can’t wait to wear my dress! Would definitely recommend Astra Bridal!
