She made sure she understood what I was looking for, was quick to communicate with me outside of my appointments, and was overall lovely, welcoming, and professional. I could not recommend the Newmarket team enough!

If I could give more stars, I would!!!! From start to finish, Rosie made the whole process an absolute dream! I went in, low-key freaking out, as I knew it was going to be hard to decide on a dress, and it turned out it wasn't as bad as I expected. Rosie was very helpful every step of the way!! :)

Ilyese from Astra Bridal Newmarket was instrumental in helping me find my perfect dress. As a very indecisive bride, she was very patient with me and helped narrow down the perfect dress by picking many different styles for me to try and narrowing the selection down by choosing dresses with specific elements I liked. I came in on Saturday, March 8th, only booking a couple of days before, and I'm so glad I did! I found the perfect dress for me with the help of Brooke. :) She paid attention to my likes and dislikes, was very welcoming, and knew which areas needed minor alterations to make me look snatched. <3

After going down the path of online wedding dresses, which turned out to be an absolute nightmare, I turned to Astra Bridal with only 8 weeks until my wedding day! Joannah and Sarah were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was made to feel special and right at home, with a mimosa in hand. I really don't like my body, and having other people see it would normally feel stressful. But Joannah took it all in stride and made me feel so comfortable. I had my heart set on a different dress before I arrived, but the one I decided to purchase at Astra Bridal is just amazing. I love every bit of it. Thank you for everything.

Chanelle and the team were so helpful in assisting me with finding a wedding dress at short notice. They had a beautiful selection of dresses and were very kind and helpful. They also recommended a great person to make alterations on short notice as well. I’m very grateful for such a positive experience.

I had the best experience at Astra Bridal. The team was exceptional, and when I was struggling to decide between my final two dresses, they actually stayed an hour past closing to give me the time to decide. They did not make me feel pressured or like it was an inconvenience. They made me feel confident and beautiful. They had a great range of styles and were able to accommodate my size easily. I'm really appreciative of their team and their hard work!!

Three months out from my wedding, I started looking for a dress and ended up purchasing my dream wedding dress from Lisa at Astra Bridal Wellington. I didn’t know it was possible, but Lisa was able to advise and order a custom dress for me—taking the bodice from one style and the skirt from another—which arrived on a rush order just one month after purchasing. It was totally amazing (though I don’t recommend leaving only three months to find a dress!) I really valued Lisa’s opinion and expertise throughout the whole process to find the perfect dress for me, one that, most importantly, I felt comfortable in and that checked all my boxes. I highly recommend Lisa and Astra Bridal, and I can’t thank them enough for all their help!

Astra Bridal was the first bridal shop I visited on my journey to finding my wedding dress. Rochelle was so kind, understanding, and patient with me. She instantly made me feel comfortable and put my worries at ease! This set the bar VERY high for the following bridal shops I visited over the next 6 months. Out of all the bridal shops, Rochelle was the only one who reached out to me a few times to see how I was doing and invited me to try on more dresses each time. This meant a lot to me after my health diagnosis. I had been feeling even less confident and put off searching for a dress. Rochelle gave me the extra boost I needed (without being pushy), and last month I was able to say yes to the dress! Thank you so much for everything, Rochelle! You are a very special woman with a heart of gold.

I had the best time finding my dress at Astra Bridal! I was quite anxious starting out, but Rochelle made the whole experience so fun, and the communication before the appointment was really good. I had my 'wishlist,' and Rochelle was so sweet and helpful, pulling out dresses that she just knew I'd love. I ended up choosing one of hers, and I'm obsessed! I almost wish I hadn't found my perfect dress on the first try so I could do it all again—there were so many gorgeous dresses to try on!
