To secure an appointment we require a non-refundable booking fee.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances are unavoidable, and cancelling your appointment may be necessary. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and to provide the best service to all our brides, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Your stylist will guide you through our collection, helping you discover the perfect gown with expert advice and thoughtful support along the way.
You're welcome to bring up to four guests to share this special experience.
Appointment fee: $65
This is a one-on-one virtual consult with one of our fantastic stylists. We’ll discuss your wedding style and the design of your gown, all from the comfort of your home or office. Browsing through our website, as well as using Pinterest, we will curate a shortlist of gowns that you love, which are then saved onto a Wishlist. This consultation is free of charge and carries no obligations. These appointments are available Tuesday–Friday - Please phone the store directly to book.
To try on your Wishlist gowns, you can either book a Stylist Appointment (an in-store appointment), or we can send the gowns to your home and continue your consultation process virtually.

Enjoy a private 90-minute consultation with one of our expert bridal stylists, with the salon reserved exclusively for you and up to four guests.
Relax and enjoy bubbles and a delicious grazing platter as you explore our collection and find your dream gown.
Additional guests are welcome, up to a maximum of 10 guests in total, for $25 per person. Please arrange and pay for additional guests by contacting the salon before your appointment, and confirm final guest numbers in your booking notes.
Your lead stylist will be in touch ahead of your visit to help personalise your experience.
