Georgia & Campbell
Georgia first saw Campbell when she was just 14, she took one look at him and instantly had a crush, with Campbell being four years older he looked straight past her. Fast forward four years later when out one night in Gisborne, Campbell noticed Georgia at the bar and they have been together ever since. During their visit to the Onsen Hot Pools while holidaying in Queenstown, as Georgia stepped out of the private spa she heard Campbell from behind her say “Hey Georgia”; as she turned around she saw Campbell down on one knee, ring in his hand, and it was here that he asked her to marry him!
Georgia wore the Devon by Sottero and Midgley, “I had deliberately chosen 3 different styles and 3 different colours to be sent to me as my consultation was an online one due to Covid 2020. I remember opening up the box and pulling out these 3 gorgeous and completely different dresses but there was something about this one that made me think that it could be the one. I tried the other two on first and whilst they actually both suited me and were actually quite beautiful, I wasn’t wowed. When I put on the third dress, I just felt it and my bride tribe felt it too. The gorgeous ivory colour, the beading and details, the flow of the train, the way it fit to the shape of my body, the way I felt when I moved in it brought us all close to tears. It was perfect for me!”
After having already had to postpone their wedding due to Covid, their day was long awaited. Filled with so much love, laughter, story telling, eating, drinking, dancing and singing, everyone was able to celebrate with a sense of relief. The joyful expressions they saw and the joy they felt will be unforgettable! Congratulations Georgia and Campbell
