Victoria & Kurt
Kurt and Victoria met when they were just 19; 13 years later on one starry night sky at Pohara Beach Kurt popped the question after many attempts during their trip to Nelson/Golden Bay.
Victoria wore the Ardelle by Rebecca Ingram, “I had some ideas of what I didn't want but really I had no idea where to start or what to expect. When I got to the North Shore store and met Chelsea, I knew I was in safe hands. She made my 'entourage' feel comfortable and welcome. After grabbing a selection of different styles, I tried them on and one by one, we narrowed them down. I put on the 5th one which wasn't one I would have picked but was chosen by Monica. I knew it was the one for me as soon as i put it on. It felt so comfortable and light, it had just the right amount of lace, sparkle, puff and sexy while keeping with the overall them of 'simple elegance'. It made me feel beautiful, elegant and confident. The lace detailing was absolutely stunning. I cannot thank Chelsea and Monica enough for their outstanding service, I had the complete 'Say Yes to the Dress' experience, tears and everything! I went back to the store a few weeks later and chose a long ivory shimmer veil and added a thin silver trim”.
11 months of meticulous planning all came together on the 25th of October 2019. Their wedding day had it all, with a light hearted ceremony that was filled with love, to their reception that had speeches, cake cutting, and a photobooth , followed by lots of dancing to celebrate one incredible wedding day! Congratulations Victoria and Kurt
