I said yes to the dress! I had a great experience from start to finish. The team kindly arranged for a dress I’d seen online at another branch to be couriered over for me to try on, which I really appreciated.

Ashley was incredibly patient and picked out several beautiful dresses for me to try. She also offered very helpful tips and recommendations for alterations, as well as ways I could enhance the dresses if I wanted to.

In the end, I walked away with a gorgeous dress at an incredible price. I still can’t quite believe I found such a beautiful gown at such amazing value. I’m so grateful for all the help and would absolutely recommend to any future bride looking for a dress!

I visited during the week, which meant it was a little quieter, and Joannah gave me so much time, care, and attention. As it was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses, I was naturally a little nervous, especially when it came to the price! But she made me feel completely at ease and made sure I was able to try on everything I wanted, and was super transparent about the cost and everything else involved.

It was also my last time trying on dresses because we found the dream one on the day! Joannah made the whole experience feel so magical, not just for me but for my mum as well. It’s a memory I’ll treasure forever.
