I would absolutely recommend Astra Bridal to any bride to be. The team is so helpful and welcoming, and very knowledgeable, which is exactly what you want! Brooke was amazing and made me feel as if I were the only bride to be in the world.

The ladies at Astra Bridal (Brooke in particular) were absolutely lovely throughout the entire appointment. Having a consultation beforehand made me feel so comfortable walking in, like I was seeing an old friend! Brooke made sure all my options were discussed and ready to go, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process.

I had my eyes set on one of their dresses for two years, and to my luck, they had it in stock and kept it aside for me. (Although every dress was gorgeous and definitely made it hard to choose!) Brooke was an absolutely beautiful, kind, and patient wahine who made the appointment all the more special, along with the free nibbles and bottomless mimosas!

I ended up purchasing my dream dress on the day with the help of all the lovely ladies at reception. Everyone was so kind to my whānau and me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Recommend 11/10. PLEASE COME HERE!!!!

Brooke and the entire team at Astra Bridal Newmarket are the absolute best! They are accommodating and so lovely to deal with. I went there first in December 2024 without knowing anything about trying on wedding dresses. I gave Brooke my highly varied Pinterest board and not much to go on, but she helped me nail down some ideas.

Come this April, when I booked in three different bridal shops in one day, Brooke and the team really stood out in their professional and friendly way of helping. I came back a week later to make my final choice, knowing Astra was the place to go. We sat down and fully fleshed out my ideas and vision for my day.

I went in a completely different direction than what I originally thought I wanted, but after crossing off many dresses from the list, Brooke really helped me find my dress. I cannot recommend them enough!
