Astra Bridal and the team are amazing. I had the pleasure of having Chanelle help me find my perfect wedding dress. She was so lovely from the moment I walked in. I was running a little late, so she and my MOH had already picked out some of my liked wedding dresses. When I arrived, Chanelle talked me through trying on some dresses, we grabbed a couple of extras, and were ready to go. Chanelle was AMAZING in the fitting room—she helped me into all the dresses and talked me through how I was feeling in each dress!
My first dress was the dress of my dreams—I was over the moon, and the joy Chanelle shared with me just made it even more special. We tried on a few more, and she knew right away how I was feeling in them. We talked about what I liked and didn’t. Every step with her was great and made my experience trying on dresses the best. I had my first dress shopping experience with Chanelle at Astra Bridal Hamilton and was accompanied by my mum and good friend. I was feeling super nervous about the consultation, but the moment we walked through the door, we were met with big smiles and a very welcoming atmosphere.
