Lisa has been involved in bridal since she can remember. Sometimes fitting sewing and designing around raising her children or having another job. When the opportunity came up to combine her passion and a career in the industry she jumped at the chance. It took no time for her to move in to the position of manager and has led the team in Wellington for a number of years. Her expertise in gown construction is fabulous and any bride lucky enough to be with Lisa will receive the benefit of that knowledge. But the construction knowledge is only part of the enthusiasm and love of bridal that Lisa can bring to a bride's experience at Astra.

My time at Astra Bridal was a perfect experience. The team, and especially Lisa, were so knowledgeable, kind, and totally exceeded my expectations. I loved my experience at Astra Bridal! I had been to a few dress shops before visiting, but the knowledge and expertise of Lisa at Astra Bridal were far superior to what I had encountered previously. The environment was lovely and relaxed while also being professional, and I felt 110% comfortable and beautiful in my own skin while trying on the gorgeous dresses they have to offer. They have a huge variety of styles, and after looking online, the team made sure to have the specific dresses I was interested in ready in the shop for my appointment. Lisa and the team at Astra Bridal were brilliant. Lisa was exceptional. She knows everything there is to know about wedding dresses. She is patient, honest, and accommodating. I would totally recommend Astra Bridal. They have a wide range of styles and sizes, and the whole experience and atmosphere were awesome.
