Lisa has been involved in bridal since she can remember. Sometimes fitting sewing and designing around raising her children or having another job. When the opportunity came up to combine her passion and a career in the industry she jumped at the chance. It took no time for her to move in to the position of manager and has led the team in Wellington for a number of years. Her expertise in gown construction is fabulous and any bride lucky enough to be with Lisa will receive the benefit of that knowledge. But the construction knowledge is only part of the enthusiasm and love of bridal that Lisa can bring to a bride's experience at Astra.

Would do more stars if there was an option for it! <3 Context -- I went dress shopping about a month before my wedding, lol. Instead of it feeling like a rush to find something, Lisa, who did my consultation, made the whole process feel like a breeze. From trying on all different styles of dresses, to even retrying the top 3 we narrowed down. It didn't come across like she was trying to sell her most expensive dress -- there were times where she even emphasised the price for my watch party & I to make sure it was the best buy for me! That and the fact that she genuinely wanted me to feel (cliché incoming) like a Princess! Safe to say, that is absolutely how I felt on my wedding day!! The whole team were accomodating of my family and answered all the questions that we had - so grateful for my time with you all. Thank you so much! Had the time of my life trying dresses on and saying 'yes' to my dress with you xxxx

Lisa was absolutely phenomenal, the best shopping experience I’ve ever had! Lisa was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient as I tried on dresses. Once I had picked my dream dress she helped me find one in my size at another store, and got it in for me. Highly recommend the team here at Astra Bridal Wellington :) Thanks again!

100/10! Couldn’t fault my experience at Astra Bridal one bit! Lisa was extremely kind and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. She was patient and extremely helpful. The selection of gowns blew me away and I was able to find my dream dress with the help of Lisa. I couldn’t recommend Lisa and the team at Astra Bridal enough.
