I had such a wonderful experience during my wedding dress appointment, all thanks to Joannah! She was incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely supportive. I honestly lost count of how many dresses I tried on that day, but Joannah remained so patient and never once showed a hint of frustration or tiredness, even though I was working with a minimal budget. Had the absolute best time with Joannah. I came in a week prior to my appointment for measurements, which made picking a dress on the day so much easier. We weren’t sure if my dream dress would arrive in store before my appointment (it did!). Joannah popped it to the side, and I was able to purchase it the next day!
