I had such a lovely experience at Astra Bridal Newmarket. Ilyese was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, and she really listened to what I wanted while also including my bridesmaids and mum in the process. The boutique itself is beautifully laid out, and we had our own private space, which made the appointment feel really special and relaxed. All the team there were very friendly and helpful, and everything felt clean and welcoming. Even better, I found a beautiful dress and said yes to the dress!

Lara was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. She showed me all the options and made everything possible. I went to Astra Bridal after a few recommendations and reading prior reviews, and it absolutely did not disappoint. I had my very first wedding dress appointment there yesterday, and it was such a special experience. What I thought would be an overwhelming and stressful process turned out to be fun, relaxed, and completely stress free, and I may have even found the dress!

Kryslin was my bridal consultant, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so patient, respectful, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She asked great questions about our wedding to gauge the overall vibe and really took the time to understand what I liked and didn’t like about certain dresses.

I had one dress shape in mind going in, but she gently encouraged me to try on styles I wouldn’t have initially considered to help eliminate options. I was open to it and was also pleasantly surprised by some of the shapes I had initially ruled out. It genuinely helped me feel confident and clear on the shape that suits me best.

The space itself is light and bright, creating such a beautiful atmosphere. We were even treated to mimosas, which made it feel extra special and celebratory. The rest of the staff working that day were just as lovely, offering compliments and making the whole experience feel exciting.

I had the most wonderful experience at Astra Bridal. The whole team is absolutely lovely and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was looked after by Lara, who was amazing — so kind, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect dress. They have such a fantastic selection of gowns, and they had no problem transferring a dress from another store for me to try after I had no luck with my first appointment… which actually ended up being the one! I had a wonderful experience with my stylist, Ilyese. She made us all feel at home, understood my vision for my wedding dress, and helped me try a number of different styles, not only to find what I was after, but also to simply enjoy the experience of trying on dresses (especially styles I might not have otherwise considered!).

I felt completely comfortable and never once felt pressured. My young nieces (1 and 4) were welcomed in, with toys for them to play with and a change table available in the bathroom.
