I went in feeling quite nervous and overwhelmed, but from the moment I arrived, they made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. My stylist, Keala, was absolutely amazing and really knew what she was talking about. She listened to everything I liked and disliked, but also encouraged me to try a style I never would have chosen for myself, and it ended up being the dress I purchased! I’m so grateful for her knowledge and guidance throughout the whole appointment.

The entire experience felt so personal, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. I highly recommend Astra to any bride looking for a warm, supportive dress shopping experience.

If you're a bride with a vision, Lisa is your GIRL! I was so ready not to go dress shopping in Wellington, as I thought there would be nothing up to my very picky standards, but I had the most amazing experience with Lisa at Astra during my evening appointment.

I had a curated list of what I wanted to try and had such a good time, coming away with two favourites. I followed up with Lisa about another dress I’d seen online that I wanted to try, and she called in a favour from Auckland to have it express shipped down just for my follow up appointment — and it ended up being the dress I chose!

She is so knowledgeable and made me feel a million bucks (having a mimosa and the place mostly to ourselves was definitely a bonus!). I couldn’t recommend her enough.
