She helped me identify other dresses that matched my taste (which really helped to compare and contrast with my favourite one), and was enthusiastic and well-informed about the dresses and designers. She talked through the unique characteristics of each dress and how they could be styled. I absolutely fell in love with my dress, and ended up ordering it on the day, and Kryslin was great at setting things in motion, getting my measurements, recommending where to get alterations, and setting up payment options.
